As a made-to-order brand, our production time ranges from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the quantity and the handcrafted processes involved.

Do you send samples?
We are happy to provide samples at our retail price. You can order these directly from our website or by contacting us. Once a wholesale order is placed, we will apply the relevant discount and reimburse the difference.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, we offer customization, provided the Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are met.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 60% advance payment at the time of order placement, with the remaining 40% due before dispatch.
