All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Orders are typically shipped within 7–14 working days, and customers can expect delivery within 2–3 weeks from the date of ordering.

All orders are dispatched from our studio in New Delhi, India, using reliable merchant couriers for domestic shipments and EPS for international deliveries.

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders paid online via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other accepted methods.

Once shipped, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to reach its destination within India.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all products when purchased directly through our website www.lafaani.com.

Shipping charges will apply only to international orders placed through any other sales channel (such as stockists or third-party platforms).

International Shipping (for non-website orders)

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination zone of the package.

The final shipping cost will be communicated at the time of billing once the complete shipping address is provided.

  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:
    Shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lafaani is unable to estimate or influence these charges.

  • Customs Clearance & Regulations:
    Customs procedures may vary by country. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control. Any additional documents required by local authorities must be provided by the customer.

  • Responsibility Post-Dispatch:
    Please note that Lafaani does not take responsibility if the package is held, delayed, or confiscated by customs or any other authorities in the destination country.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    International deliveries typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Order Tracking:
    A tracking number will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
