Lafaani was born from the cognizance that being mindful is a lost art. It is almost strange to think that we indeed live in a time when thoughtfulness is rather put on the pedestal of being a virtue. On the contrary, when we are mindful, we are living in the present; we are amplifying the meaning of our actions and interactions.
Acting mindfully means acting with purpose. Living thoughtfully means living reflectively—attending to our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, and considering their impact on other people and on our own future.
