Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at team.lafaani@gmail.com. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.

Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. The inclusion of any product or services on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products and services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the product(s) and/or order will be used only in a lawful manner.

Lafaani is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as the weather etc. Lafaani does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at Lafaani's sole discretion.

Return and Exchange

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Unevenness in colour and/or texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes. Should you receive an item that is not in the perfect condition/damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of order and we would be happy to provide an exchange.

Please note that we don’t have a return policy and we do not accept returns as each piece is made to order but we have a 14 days exchange policy.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after 14 days grace period expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.

All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original condition as LAFAANI holds the right to not accept returns in case the product appears to be used or damaged.

Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer. The refund amount will not include shipping charges.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non -returnable/exchangeable. All orders placed during the sale will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We do not accept any return, exchange, or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.

The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Customisation

For size customization please reach us at team.lafaani@gmail.com. Customised products are sold at MRP even during a sale. Any discount is at the discretion of the Seller. Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel, once payment is completed, and/or return an order for any customized item unless the product is faulty or damaged.
